Decoding the Enigma: The Mirage Master's Legacy and the Heart of Mirage Mew

Hello fellow Pokémon enthusiasts! Have you ever wondered about the true intentions of the Mirage Master? In the 10th Anniversary Special Episode, we got to "meet" this mysterious and ambitious person, marking both his introduction and farewell. His ambitious project involved creating lifelike hologram Pokémon, capable of learning moves beyond their natural abilities and possessing impressive stats.

However, their plan had its flaws. To gather Pokémon data for their creation, they tapped into Pokémon Center computers linked to Prof. Oak's servers. Additionally, they managed to extract data from Pikachu's memories from when it met legendary and mythical Pokémon.

Among the Mirage Pokémon creations, Mew stood out. Despite being a product of the Mirage system, Mew displayed genuine emotions, empathy, and a profound connection to both humans and other Pokémon.

Leveraging Mew's data, the Mirage Master succeeded in fashioning a Mew with authentic sentiments, mirroring the traits of a genuine Mew.

This special Mirage Mew proved its strength by restraining Mewtwo, allowing Pikachu to launch an attack that disabled the system. Though aware that this act would lead to its own demise, Mirage Mew willingly made the sacrifice. With both physical and emotional sensations, it bid a bittersweet farewell to Pikachu and Ash, conveying its sadness while maintaining a brave smile.


Ultimately, the Mirage Master's intentions with the Mirage Pokémon were misguided. Remember the name of the Mirage Master? It's Dr. Yung.
